Our DIOM FYP Team has emerged Champion in the recent “Design Your Ride” phase I competition organized by the Singapore Police Force on 4 Jan 2012.
The team comprising of 5 final year DIOM students managed to beat the odds and outperform 7 other teams to emerge the winner.
In this competition, the students worked closely with their Singapore Police team counterparts and were required to research into and propose innovative ideas to customize the Fast Response Car (FCR) used for police force operations and improve existing car system. The ideas were then evaluated in terms of feasibility, innovativeness and cost-effectiveness in front of a panel of several judges which included very senior ranking police officers.
The team comprises of FAIZAL (Team Leader), AZLAN, TREVOR, MARCUS and MING LI. Congratulations on your achievements!!
