How to register for online in Sharepoint?

Click "Sign in" on the TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER




There will be a pop-up (as shown below); fill in the required textbox to sign in.

[When u sign in, please be reminded that it is "RP\" and not "RP/"




Once you are signed in, click "Respond to this Survey"




Then the web will be brought to this page (as shown below); fill in the required information, once upon done, click on the "Finish" button.
