On 16th September 2012, 24 SEG students went for Student Overseas Trip (6 days).
This is a fruitful trip where the students visited various companies and local schools. It was made challenging by the typhoon on Monday where the whole day was raining with strong winds, however we were fortunate that the weather was sunny for the rest of the trip.
Company Visits:
The team visited various companies like Hyundai Motor, Pyeongtaek Port, Uiwang Container Logistics, Korea Post Services etc to learn about their various operational processes from the companies. The host gave the students a good overview of the company business processes. The students also get to visit the local school facilities, Seonggunkwan University, Korea Polytechnic University which gave them a different educational system experience.
