On
13th March 2012, 24 students led by Wai Yin and Shyuan Jing left for
Cambodia, Siem Reap for International Service Learning Project for 15 days.
A
purposeful trip where the team set up solar panels and lightings (4 rooms) for
a local school. In Cambodia, by 5 to 6pm, the sky would have darkened so the
lightings will be made useful for their English night classes.
Apart
from that, the team gets to conduct activities, games, English conversational
classes for the students which is a good opportunities for our students
to interact with the locals.
Our homestay and there are good food
Solar Panel
This guava tree will block the sunlight to the solar
panel if it is not trim frequently. So it was “chopped” down so that the solar
panels will receive as much sunlight.

We hope that the students enjoy themselves in this trip and at the same time, they learn something new.
